Leaf Two Razor Kit & Gift Set
Alternative to disposable plastic razors.
Leaf Two is a two-blade pivoting safety razor built to deliver a closer, more comfortable shave—without disposable plastic or unnecessary ingredients.
WHY LEAF TWO
- Skin-First Shaving: Pivoting head and individually-protected blades maintain the right contact with less pressure.
- Plastic-Free by Design: All-metal handle with recyclable steel blades. No plastic refills.
- Built to Last: Durable materials and serviceable design, made for years of daily use.
- No Lubrication Strips: There's strength in absence. You control what shave soap or oil goes onto your skin.
- Refill Anywhere: Compatible with standard safety blades. Refill for cents, not dollars.
The Math
The Handle
Leaf Two is tested to exceed 1.1 million cycles. At a conservative 100 strokes per shave, that's 11,000 shaves. Shaving 4 times a week, and your handle will last you north of 50 years.
That's less than a penny per shave for the handle.
The Refills
Load two blades per refill: $0.40. Each refill lasts on average 10 shaves (this will vary per person). Cost per shave: $0.04.
Total amortized cost per shave: ~$0.05

How to Use
LOAD YOUR RAZOR:
Open the razor: slide the lockbar down to unlock the head. Flip all of the pieces down to start loading from the lowest position.
- Load in the bottom blade (matching the notches on both sides of the blade)
- Flip the middle piece up, load in the top blade
- Magnets help guide them into place
- Pinch the head closed to latch it
Blade refills last on average between 8 and 12 shaves, more or less depending on how often and where you’re shaving.
Watch the instructional videos to see how to load your new razor: https://leafshave.com/pages/getting-started-single-edge-razors.
Note: It does not matter which face of the blade is up they work the same either way.
PREPARE YOUR SKIN
Exfoliate to lift hair and clear away dead skin, then soften hair with warm water. Apply Shave Oil or a rich Shave Bar lather to protect your skin and improve glide.
SHAVING
Press the razor lightly against your skin and let the pivot adapt to your contours.
Built-in exfoliating Prep Fins gently lift hair and sweep away dead skin as you shave, helping the blades cut closer without added pressure.
Shave with-the-grain of hair growth, rinsing often. For a closer finish, make a second pass across- or against-the-grain.
AFTER SHAVING
Rinse skin and pat dry, then follow with a few drops of Calming Serum to soothe and rehydrate.
Aftercare helps calm skin, reduce the chances of post-shave irritation, and keep your shave feeling smoother longer.
Rinse your razor, shake off excess water.
CAUTION
- Each blade may be used until you feel that it is no longer shaving, this is usually experienced as a tugging feeling from the blade.
- Before using your Twig or Thorn Razor, read through all instructions carefully.
- Exercise caution when handling blades, loading blades, and using the razor. The blades are sharp and may cause injury if not loaded and used properly. You should not use the razor if you are unable to safely load and handle the blades.
- Please keep the razor and blades out of reach of children.
- Do not use the razor unless blades are properly installed. To understand how blades are properly installed, review these instructions and watch the instructional videos below.
- If you have any questions or concerns of any kind, please reach out to support@leafshave.com and discontinue use of your razor until your question(s) are resolved.
Use only as directed.
Care Instructions
Open razor and rinse thoroughly after each use. Allow to dry.
If razor needs a deeper clean, use dish soap and a small brush (like an old toothbrush) to clean nooks & crannies.
To remove buildup and water marks, soak razor in 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water for 10 minutes. Scrub with dish soap and an old toothbrush before towel drying.
